Eris - final instalment

In an empty pointless pointed building
Eris stands before the altar

The blood of man on walls unwanted
The elderly at home instead

But in Canberra beds
Every Friday night parishioners

Privileged girls give votive offerings
Cutting deep on tender thigh

Certainly melodramatic, naive, doesn't scan, has no metre nor rhythm and is without substance, that's a bit the point of the exercise.

Not worthy of Eris, beware!
